I have a post over on the NOE forum http://www.noebulletmolds.com/smf/index.php?topic=752.0 asking for a list of people who would like a proper case expander, for oversize bullets used 38-55, 38-56 and 38-72, etc. calibers. They fit the Lee universal expander die (cheap) and do a very good job. If you need one go over and add your name. 10 names and he will produce them.

I'm almost surprised that Swede hasn't added .380-.382 expanders yet. He added quite a few offerings to the original line-up recently, but apparently missed those.
His standard expanders have a .004 difference between steps, so adding these during the next inventory run shouldn't present much of an issue if he's made aware of the existing gap. I don't know if the .003 step you're suggesting would require any extra tooling.
Would the standard .004 step in a .382 x .378 expander work for you?

Either would work. I would prefer not to overwork the brass any more than necessary.

    Understandable.
I PMed Al today asking to include these sizes in his next inventory run.
Nobody is more responsive to these sort of requests than NOE. I think we may see them before too long.
