How much elevation adjustment in 1" ultradot

Does anyone know how much elevation I can get out of a 1" ultra dot? I'm going to shoot (try to shoot) at 300 yards with my 357 ruger revolver.

My guess is that it is doable. What load/bullet weight with the .357?

While elevation may be enough the Dot may be on the large size at 300 yds for accurate work

There is enough elevation to shoot out to 547 yards. with a 158 xtp and 16.0 grains of h110.
