Attachment 141545JusAttachment 141548t a picture of my setting for the 1160 yard target at the Lone Tree BPCR shoot near Polson,MT. If memory serves me correctly I took seven shot before I got a hit using my Pedersoli 1874 Billy Dixon model in 45/70 with a 32" barrel.
the bullet was a 545 grain from a NOE mold. Powder was Swiss 2FG - 63.1 grains. Windage setting was 24' to the right!

When I was a Kid I saw a pile of fine rifles on the cobble stone ground in Germany during the end of the war. A American Tank rolled over them several times and then piled up again and set on fire.
