and Me? - is it worth holding these shoots? Where's Wilco's poll on this one.
I know that my family and I enjoy them but unfortunately one of my co-worker's dad was in a bad crash yesterday abd is in a coma so I'm not only going to have my tasks to complete for my submittal next week but I also have to pick up at least half of the other guy's work since he's out of the state with his dad next week.

Dave it's not about you, but about the half a dozen that express interest but are no show's.

I hear that. I'd like to meet more like minded people, but I completely understand what you are saying. Of the ones that I've been to I think the first one had the best turnout. Is it that people don't want to go to ranges? I know plenty either have their own land or a place in the middle of nowhere that they shoot at so maybe the structure of a range is a turnoff? That's a completely wild guess and I could be completely wrong but the turnout is a bit puzzling to me also.

I would be dissapointed to see them stop, but I do understand as I am in the category of interested no show. It has been made known at my house for a month now that I plan to attend in July. I will even have a new milsurp to bring

Ok, the three of us had a good time
Echo's renewed 35 Whelen is a beaut, but he had some scope base trouble
as it was cross eyed on him shooting way low.
I was happy with my rifles performance but not the 7.62x25 to 7.62x54
chamber adaptor - only shot once and had to pound the fired brass out.
I already had to fight the adaptor as it was mis-machined oversize so it
will now be getting internally smoothed out (where's my flitz!)
    and had lunch at
    Cafe 25:35

I'd give it 5 stars - good burgers served as you ordered
so you can have the bacon your way (limp or burnt)
Unfortunately we heard that the Mexican place we ate at last time
had flunked the food police visit so that was off the menu this time.

    On to Payson!

Sounds like a blast. Actually, a bunch of them. I know for a fact that you guys had more fun that I.

I'll try my best to make the Payson one.

Was able to try and prove several loads for 38SPL and 45LC with the new ETR7 powder. Very satisfied. Performed well with TiteGroup load data.

Got off some 30-30 170gn with X-terminator and LeverEvolution for the 1st time. Lots of power!

And shot several dozen 223 plinkers (22LR) loaded with 3.1gn ETR7. Good accuracy and really fun to shoot!

Looking forward to Payson.......just not the July heat here in the Valley of the Surface of the Sun.

And the food was excellent sans the cock roaches!!!!!!

Now come on all you AZ casters....get off your duffs, tell the wife & kids to kiss off for a half day, and plan on Payson in July!!!!!

    See y'all there!
