Is there a source for the Star decal?

I would like to find a source for 2 of the Star Decals that come on the base of the Lubersizers. Has anyone got a couple extras or know of a place to get them?

Go look here, I found pictures for my "accessory box" to the Star. Printed them out and glued them to the lid.

If your decal is mounted on bare metal, it is probably coming off. I know mine is. It would have been better had the decal been mounted on a painted surface as decals adhere better to paint. You might try Magma Engineering who is the current manufacturer of the Star lubrisizer but since that is a trademark, they may be reluctent to release these. If you get one, let us know as I also want to replace mine. Best wishes!

Sounds like I am not the only one looking for a couple of those decals. I seem to remember reading about a method to make your own with the right materials and a color printer but I can't recall where. I probably am a bit too anal about this small non-functional decal but it would be nice to have the two stars back up to factory spec.

    Thanks for the replies!

If you have a high end hobby shop nearby, go to the plastic model section and look for instruction books on how to detail models. I know I've seen instructions on how to make your own decals in one or another of those books.
