Had my marlin 30-30 bbl slugged came to a shade over 308 so I guess i am supposed to shoot 310 bullets.Want to try some powder coated bullets in it but the places that sell them only have them in 309.Any know who sells PC bullets in 310?

Powdercoatbullets.com sells them in several sizing options (not affiliated, just know they are a member here), though I would bet that .311 will work just dandy for you also. If you only want some to try, shoot me a pm, I'll send you some samples.
I just checked that site but it looks like the bullets in 30 caliber are pointed and vot for a marlin lever rifle.Am I just dumb or what,are those bullets ok for levers.
Or, if you're willing to try Hi-Tek coated bullets, give missouribullet.com a try, they have several offerings for lever-action rifles.
