    Question Lee 452-200-RF in 1911

I've been successfully using the cast Lee 452-200-RF in my 1911's and decided to try powder coating the rounds. The exact same load with a PC bullet now occasionally jams my Tisas 1911 but still works fine in my RIA 1911 and Glock 30. It appears the PC is just enough harder that the action can't push the bullet onto the zero leade Tisas so the gun isn't fully in battery. Comparing the nose profile of the Lee with a standard 45 acp round it appears the standard 45acp diameter decreases more rapidly than the Lee.

Have others seen this problem with PC loads causing problems? Is my diagnosis correct?

    thanks

have used same boolit and have to seat it way out to feed well, but the PC may make it wider and jams into lands so go shorter.
