Did my first batchs to day.

Been reading about this for quite some time, finally got around to powder coating.

Harbor Freight Red and Matte Black.

Now that you are HOOKED, try some of Smokes powder. It is way better than HF stuff.
    I swear by it

I see you are still working with those tuna cans from Hell (48169). They are looking great. I am definitely going to be trying that soon.

What weight are those round nosed 38's?

Good Day my friend, yes I shoot waaaayy more TCH than any other, great for small game and just for stepping out by the barn and pinging away at my gong. Pound of lead goes a long way so does a pound of powder. The boolit you ask about is actually a 9mm 152 gr. that drops at .357 raw after powder coating it measures .364. It’s an experiment to see how it will shoot in the .38’s. BTW I finally managed to find a Ruger Redhawk .357, would like to have you shoot it. Power coating is a process and not a difficult one, I just had to try it. I use the lube 45-45-10 lube and for my shooting I think it is really great and if time is a factor quicker than powder coating. I’m set up to do it, if you want a particular boolit let me know and I’ll make some up and ship them out to you.

We went on to FB and looked at Caitlin’s page, what a beautiful girl she has become you must be very pleased. She is always in our prayers and that is a great picture of her and her young man. We must talk on the phone soon, I tell ya buddy you did me no favors when you moved to NV.
This is a picture of my .357 Redhawk.

Drool, You always did manage to come up with some awesome trades and deals. Yep, we need to catch up and yes, I am pretty proud of my little girl.
I am doing some of my own coatings and alternatives right now (house painting)
Talk to you soon my friend,
    Curt
