Just a suggestion, it works here . Check your base property disposal/reutalization offices. Mine will sell 500#/quarter for scrap prices . It runs from something slightly harder than WW for balast to 1-20 for tamper seals. Sometimes they will even sell ammo cans at the lead scrap price if you're filling them up.
