I deprimed some 45 colt that I shot the other morning.
Then sized and expanded and primed some 357 brass and,
got 25 loaded before I developed a blame headache.
Still kind of nagging on and I haven't done much the rest of the day.

Loaded a box of 7.62x38R for my Nagant pistol. 100 gr Lee sized to .311 over 4.5 gr Unique. Also continued prepping 5.56 cases on the way toward becoming 7.62 x25 Tokarev. Can you tell I like 30 cal pistols?

I ran 200rf .224 bullets through the point former. Next to the tumbler, to remove the lube.
Shopped for a project 308 or 300 BLK bolt gun. No luck.

Cast 500+ .452 HP bullets.
Last month I went into an old gun shop and the guy had a unopened 5 pound bottle of HS-7 for $50 I like the power in heavy shot shell loads but figured I can use it in .45 acp .
I found little data for 225 & 230 grain jacketed bullets . I mostly shoot a Lyman mold that throws a S W C of 195 grains from wheel weight alloy from my 1911 .
I started with the low data for the 225 grain jacketed bullet and gun cycled well worked up to Max 225 grain data of 9.3 grains the load cycles my 1911 and High point carbine well and is accurate . 5" 1911 is averaging 987 f/s with S,D, of 26 f/s 16" high point carbine is averaging 1140 f/s with S.D. of 25 f/s .
I am running low on red dot that I had been loading it was getting average with just 5 grains of 936 f/s with S.D. of 49 f/s from 1911 and 997 f/s with S.D. of 26 f/s from carbine .
HS-7 is the same as WW 571 is a bit more dense then Blue Dot and a bit slower then Blue Dot it is about as slow as I would go to load the .45 acp I am glad this worked out for me .
When I think back on all the **** I learned in high school it's a wonder I can think at all ! And then my lack of education hasn't hurt me none I can read the writing on the wall.
Loaded and tested some 9mm and .45acp, and still have all my appendages

Continued trimming 223 brass. Bought a Frankford arsenal machine. Nice piece of equipment.
Cast a small batch for my new 38-55. Lee 379-250-RF. Much different than the 6 cavity pistol moulds! This is my first rifle mould. Started with too hot and cadence issues. Settled in after about 40 boolits or so and all went good. Good fill out and weights were 249.3 - 251.5.

Loaded 30 Lee 312 155 powder coated Boolits in 7.62x39, 10 each with 21, 22, 23 grains of H335. 21 grains shot best, about 1.5 inches at 25 yards open sights. I think I’ll try 19 and 20 grains. For an AK.
Dusted off the old Mec 600, put Red Dot and #8 in the hoppers and CCI primers in the tray and loaded a coffee tub full of mixed hull fun.
Beats paying $10/25 for sure, folks.

Think I have an Alcan manual on my laptop, it may have some loads you can use.
Poke me in a day or two, that will give me a chance to find it.
And I loaded my first 3 45 ACP shotshells. Sorting out the best way with the tools at hand.
And boiled a dozen gallons of sap, made an air rifle target for one of the gun clubs plus cleaned an M1, SMLE and a pattern 1917.
Good day.

Had a frustrating day setting up my Hornaday AP from pistol to rifle. Can’t get the powder to throw consistently what I want. Found out the hard way that most of my clean brass is 556 and swedged or otherwise needing to be hogged out. On the brighter side I have 20 or 30 cartridges to tryout. First time to load for rifle. Finally found a 300 blk bolt. Payed a bit more than I wanted too but I found one. So I spent the rest of the day loading 300 BLK. Mandoair those rounds look good.

Yes it is. I had a hard time finding one. They are sold out across the country it would seem. The guy I talked to had one more and to be honest it was a good price shipped to my ffl. PM me if you would like his contact info. I do plan on shooting cast. I plan on shooting everything from mild to wild. In my opinion this is a great reloader's /casters rifle. The round uses little powder and from what I am told cast works well. Low pressures means the barrel should last longer.
That sounds like a great mold. I only have a few of the lee molds in 30 cal. for now. Kinda blow the budget on the gun. LOL

Sized and deprimed a bunch of range pickup. It is 5.56 Aguila. Never used it before, here's hoping.

I put the cannelure on a batch of .224. That makes them ready to load.
Loaded a couple of hundred 45/70's.
