Loaded 8 test rounds. 4 each with 5744 and Trail Boss for a Rigby 350 #2.

Trying 400/360 Purdey brass, it's got a thinner rim. Hopefully the rifle will close completely and fully lockup.

The 9.3x74R brass I initially used has a thicker rim causing problems.

Loaded some 44 magnum. 18 grains 2400, 429421, powder coated. CCI mag primers. Usually go with 9 grains unique, running low.

have about 1000 cci lp mag primers a friend gave me years ago, don't know how old they are. White boxes, primers on their side in the box. Reloading 25 + years, never seen them packaged like that before. They work, and just using what I got.

I've circled back to inletting a semi finished classic walnut stock for the Polish 98 Mauser barreled action that a friend gave me. I also epoxied a Weaver base to the rear sight for a Burris FF3 sight. I can't deal with barleycorns.

ID:	307736 I've been waiting for years for the Saeco #081 mold to come back in stock. I finally got one and today was the first time I've had to use it. A super nice mold! the bullets drop out at .3235" and are right at 190 grains with my alloy. The air cooled alloy pencil tests at 13 BHN. I'll crimp on the gas checks and powder coat the driving bands tomorrow. I've got an order for some 8x57 brass coming from Grafs. I'm planning on working up some loads with Shooters World Buffalo (same as 5744, but without the unburned kernels). I'll post up a range report once everything comes together.

Started pulling down a bunch of 348 Winchester handloads I acquired in an auction....and glad I made that decision! I believe the powder to be IMR-3031, and measured the first 10 I pulled. Charges anywhere from 48 to 61 grains!! 61gn being 145% of max! Super stoked to get the components, all appears to be new WW Super brass and 200gn Hornady FPs...but holy cow, glad I'm not shooting next to THAT guy!!

Got in the brass I traded for, one hundred and forty pieces of once fired 243 brass/brass cases for one hundred and forty 45 Long Colt cases. I got rid of my five colts, but have an older 243 700 ultra varmint 26" that I am glass bedding, refinishing, and putting Jard single set in, plus five 260s to feed.

Had fun with ten primed 6mm Remington FC brass, some Red Dot, some Maltomeal, and some candle wax, and my 7mm Oviedo.
Ended up with nine 7x57mm cases( one neck split) and a cleaned barrel

Started transforming 556 brass into 300 BO... Cut the necks off about 300 cases, formed/resized and prepped for neck turning. Since they are covered in shavings and lube, they just got put into the FART for cleaning.
Tomorrow, I'll turn the necks and trim/debur and they'll be ready to load.

Will you have to anneal them before loading?

Loaded a couple hundred 11mm Vickers rounds made from 348 Winchester brass. Got em belted up to run in my Colt 1918 Aircraft Gun. Cast a pile of bullets in a old discontinued Lyman 4-cavity .446110 mold that throws a 340 gr bullet that feeds in the old Colt Balloon buster! Originally the 11mm Vickers was styled after the 11mm French Grau round. Only 11mm Vickers bullet was hollow and was filled with white phosphorous. The WWI British pilots would shoot the German Zeppelins and light up the hydrogen envelope. That bullet stopped the German Zeppelin raids over England during WWI. I don't quite know how to make white phosphorous 11mm cast bullets yet. But the gun is fun to shoot @ 300 rounds per minute with my home cast boolits!!!

If your Henry frame is brass, use the 200 gr Lee 44 mold and don't load heavy! I sprung the frame of an early Navy arms Henry 44-40 shooting heavy loads. Had to put it in a hydraulic press with oak blocks to get it back into dimension. Have one of the new Navy arms Umberti 1860 Henrys. They are quite strong and like moderate 44-40 WCF loads. Reloader No 7 works great!

Not so much in the reloading room....but I've started trimming 7.62 Nagant revolver brass for conversion to 310 cadet while waiting for my kindling to heat up when building fires in the furnace each evening. I can get 6-8 done in the time it takes me to get the fire good and hot....so after a month or so of doing this, I should have 200 or so cases trimmed/formed for the Cadet.

It's like paying myself to build a fire, right!!
