Shot up mostly all of the 250 rounds of 150 grain accurate arms 40–150 H boolits over 7.9 gr AA#5 for 10mm on Saturday. Basically the starting load for 40 caliber. Makes a nice soft accurate round. far as I can tell so far. All from my first two attempts at casting. Yesterday and today cleaned up a few hundred rounds of brass that I picked up after the shoot Saturday I got those inside. Been cleaning up the reload room and the casting area to get on with Alaska summertime. Need to finish cleaning sizing the brass and Casting and loading more boolits. but it won’t be today. CU
Loading up some little .300BO with 110gr Vmax and a few Lee 230gr ( experimental). It sure is a fun little round.

Got another 1,000 350Legend brass cases on Backorder, I'm down to about 86, the AR loves to fling them, 15-20 feet when I forget to put the catcher on.
I may have to try 300BO after I get the 22 build finished, lots of good boolits for that one. I got the 350L so I could cast for it.

Received a mold Friday from arsenal 40-165-?? Rn. I can’t for the life of me remember ordering it. What an amazing piece of work it is‼️‼️. I researched my email and there was my order?? I’m glad to keep it even though it is much like my new accurate 40-150-h. Can’t wait to cast with it. My orders for molds did go in about the same time when I was on my back on oxicodon❓❓. (Broken Femur in January). That may of been part of the confusion. Even got arsenal and accurate mixed up in my head. Oh Well all’s well that ends well.
I finished building a PID temperature controller for my production pot. The first test worked perfectly.
Loaded up 50 .38 specials light for my wifes' arthritic hands.

Went to the local gunsmith to get an AR lower out of jail. I looked through the fired brass and the 223 was gone so while we were doing paperwork I asked about 223 brass. He went in back and started bringing out bags of 223 in 10 round federal plastic holders. 240 Federal 60 PMC from '98 if the labels are right. I asked how much and he said it was good just to get it out of the shop. So I'm out in my shop sizing brass now. I made a few small hydraulic dings before I got the hang of it. I'm using 15 year old RCBS case lube, I'll get some one shot in my next order. I have a new favorite gun store!

The PMC had crimped primers so I swedged those pockets. All 300 of the 223 are clean and I got some of it loaded while waiting for the 350L brass. Going to finish 100 rounds and switch to 350L.

Been waiting to order in 25 pounds of super hard alloy ingots from Roto metals. Finally got the order in an it arrived last week. I needed to make some lead alloy around 12-13 BHN. I used 15 pounds of super hard and 80 pounds of pure lead. Now I've 95 pounds of 13 BHN for more boolits. With left over super hard alloy ingots for the next mix.

I ate lunch at the bench earlier, does that count?

Cast up about 630 arsenal 40-165-WFN Boolits this afternoon. New mold first go with it. Alm 4 cavity my first time with aluminum. Sure is light‼️
I rediscovered that the more you work on reassembly of a H&R Topper action, the easier it Doesn't Get......
On the bright side, my 44WCF lives again.
With a new striker and a better trigger pull.

Cool!
I got three hundred 350Legend cases belled, primed and a hundred loaded. I shot 10 of them yesterday, they cycled perfectly. The Red Dot isn't working for my eyes at 50 yards so I'll switch to a scope for Friday. It's a nice Red Dot for the money but to my eye it's a slash not a dot. I'll keep my eyes open for a holographic 1/1 sight and sell the red dot.

Sorted some lead alloy for the future and started sizing 10mill brass. Thinking I’ll clean and prime all the brass I have only about 1000 that are long enough.
Been reaming and umiforming the 10mm brass I cleaned up. Got tired of the large primers not wanting to seat below flush. And some are staked. I’m hoping it’s worth the efforts. The smaller batch I did last winter before I broke my leg paid dividends. Bout halfway through now. Want to get started working up loads for my new arsenal 40-165-RF.
