Opened the box my new Henry came in and gave it a good cleaning. Today will be a few test fire shots. Dont know what it is but something about a lever action gets me going. Always wanted a Golden Boy.

Was in the 70's on Friday and saw a carpenter bee, so decide to check my inventory of 38 and 357 bee killer loads, have about 600 total loaded. Will get some target practice in a few more days. Shot all of my 45's last spring so the 38/357 will have to suffice for my bee shooting this year.

Just started boxing up stuff for a future move. I started with my J-words and packed until I ran out of the smaller boxes.

Well I finally have compatible brass. With only 87 pieces of 350 Legend Brass I added a tub of 9mm to the lightman tumbler. The steel pins clean much faster when you have a full load and the 2 calibers separated easily.

I gas checked and lubed another 125 MP358-200s. I'll load them in the clean 350L brass later.

Got a Fedex email saying the HP version is on the way.

Upside down Lee classic single stage, left hand on the lever and right hand feeding,. Got into a Super rhythm before my left sped up too much. Still laughing about it. Used to read about others doing it and laughed at them. Guess who is the "punch " line now

Finished the last machining operation on 50 of my "reloadable rimfire" .25 Stevens cases. Saturday made a couple of widgets to enable me to use a Lyman tong tool for loading in the field. No excuses now -have to test a few this afternoon, to see if I need to make a neck sizer, too.

Cast a pile of 32s from a Lee 32 Kieth mold which was from when we did group buys from Lee and a NOE 315-89-WC mold. So now I just need Starline to make a run of 32S&W Long brass so I can shoot the Colt Officers Model Target I bought a few months ago/

Traded 1700 S Rifle Primers for a like number of L Pistol Primers today. I’ve been forced to use lp mag since I started loading 10mm. Except for the small pocket 10s where I used S Rifle primers or sp mags. At least will find out which I like better.

I cast a few hundred MP 358-200 GC HP with the Penta Pins. I cycled the mold a few times last night in a 400 degree oven to give the mold some color and ran most of a 25 lb pot through it today. The Pro Melt 2 was at 700F and the mold ran GREAT! Tapping on the pins to dislodge boolits damaged a few so I switched to tapping the mold with my 6oz rawhide mallet, just enough to vibrate and let the pins slide by themselves.

I picked up 1000 pieces of 9 mm this morning, came home and set up the APP with the 4 tube case feeder, step one deprime and get ready for the wet tumbler, and even with a whole bunch of interruptions I finished them by 4:45. When I get some of the junk moved in the garage, I can run them through my double barreled (very ancient) wet tumbler. Ill get 500 in each barrel.

Been reloading brass from last weekends cas shoot, 150 .45colt and just started on .45 Schofields. Also cleaning up gifted .223 and 30-06 brass from a bud. Might go zombie shooting next Saturday with my .45 pcc. Shot clean and came in 22 out of 44 last month. Still waiting scores from the cas shoot.
