Easy to see why ! I woulda stopped and ordered one half way through my process - might be my last foray with smokeless powder.

Some .38 Special cases have a cannelure. This was to speed the mfg. process for smokeless powder. Rather than precisely sizing the case and pressing the bullet in, the case was left a bit oversize, so the bullet could just be dropped in, after which the round was crimped.

Reloaded 350 Legend. Replacing the rounds in a A1680 ladder of loads I shot to see how the accuracy was when the chronograph batteries died. Accuracy was Good! Processed the brass from Monday. Was going to the range today but worked instead.

Wow that’s some production. I’ve been putting in a few hours here and there for a week or more even after preparing all the brass first and am feeling good to have about 700 10 mm packaged up. 150 yesterday. Did get my new sizing die from buffalo arms yesterday .403 so had to size lube for awhile. They do do good work ‼️

Well the .403 die is a bust at least for my 219gr. AA-40-215-F. They don’t chamber. Some of the shorter boolits do better they do chamber and shoot. More research is called for. So far no real accuracy advantages realized with .403.

You never know until you try. I went through 3 44Mag dies before I was happy.

Well I was going to add some drool bait ......
    Instead;
    Virgin 1971 7mm Mauser brass for a virgin 275 Rigby barreled 110LH. RCBS 7mm-168 .

    I loaded 5 ea 9, 10 ,10.5 gr Unique, 36 gr IMR 4831 same vintage as the brass .
8 in formed FC match 59 6.5 Unique and the NOE 287-150 Hunter .

When this rifle was an 06' it was insanely touchy about case volume. These being one lot I just weighed them . 169.0-170.8 , 40 were 169.2-169.8 and that made me very happy.

I don't know or care really about the FC59 Match it's just there to get the scope and barrel pointed at the same general area .

I sized and deprimed the 100 or so 350Legend cases from the Accurate 1680 test. I had the 35-200g boolit up to 2118 fps, no flattened primers, lose primers or expansion of the unsupported section of the case. I bought some "once fired" Winchester that was loaded so hot some of them had belts after sizing. I checked all the cases today, not a hint of a bulge.

I also fixed my front rest. I had the muzzle brake too close to the bag and the backblast burned through the canvas and the stuffing came out. I woulda kept the flash hider but for california laws.

Loaded up some 11.15x58R Werndl cartridges for upcoming deer hunting trip.... New rules this year, BPCR single-shots only!! I'm excited about it.... Will be taking the Werndl, the Peabody in 43 Spanish, the Burnside and the 45-70 Trapdoor I purchased from the owner of the farm we're hunting.... Choices, choices....

I cast about a 1000 Lee 358125's. One of my favorite boolits used in 357 and 9mm.
I bought a second mold so I can use two at a time. The boolits just poured.

I’ve found a squirrel load that will feed in my Mauser 30-30. The Lee 314TL 90gr SWC sized to .309”, tumble lubed. Seated to the 3rd band below the crimp groove- and crimped lightly. CCI Large Pistol primer and one .3cc Lee scoop( 3.5 gr) of AA#2.
The same load works in my Tikka T3 30-06 as well.
Very good 25yard accuracy from both rifles.

just loaded a few 45/70 - duplex blackpowder for a 1886 - 6 grains 4227 - 58 grains FFFg - 405 grain lead, slow and steady, shot a black cat that I been after for a couple weeks, he wandered through the yard and I saw him through the window while I was wiping the grease off the loaded rounds, gave me time to get Pa's little 101 skeet gun outa the safe and a couple number twos - nailed him at the back gate - realised after that I grabbed a couple of vintage ICIL Special shells, old paper cartridge loads - be 60 years old I reckon - one did the job - that sucker aint eatin anymore of my little birds.

I loaded some Lee C278135 pc'd and sized .278" over new to me AA2015 powder with Federal SR Match primers. In the 6.8 x43mm, AKA 6.8 SPC Remington.
I'm also working up a load in the 30-30 Oviedo using 150 gr CoreLokt bullets with Norma 203b powder. These Norma 30-30 cases were prepped by others (Turned necks and opening up the flash hole.) I'm just getting around to trying them out.
