Rigged up a cheap, reliable trickle scale with old stuff lying around.

I started removing primer crimps on brass. I had run those through Lee universal depriming die early this week. It's going to take awhile to work through a cat litter bucket 3/4 full that is a buddies. A mix of US arsenal head stamps DEN 42, TW 43 & 54, U 43, SL 53, LC 53 and DM 42.

After moving from Oregon to Georgia 11 years ago, I’m not nearly as cold tolerant as I used to be. On the hand, the hot humid summers don’t seem so bad 😂😂

Washed and sorted and dried 1/3 bucket of range brass all this from one visit to the range in the snow. 850 223s. Almost that many 9s few hundred 10s and other pistol stuff. Thanks to Berry for the brass separator. Going to prep. The 223s to boost my preped up to about 2500. Just need more power.

Scored a deal the other day. A local guy was bringing some reloading gear he didn't use anymore. I spied this RCBS powder measure on the consignment table at the LGS. $75 bucks with stand. Just the measure goes for $150 and the stand another $30. I been looking for one of these for a couple year but choked on the price.
I normally use a Lee measure but it does not handle flake very well at all. so I keep it for stick type powders. This RCBS should handle all types.
Then I scored a lb. of unopened BL-C2 powder for $30 bucks.
I cleaned it all up and tested it with a flake powder this morning. Bang on.

I made a little 12 x15" board and bolted it to it. Glued a piece of corner molding to the edge to keep the stray bits in the tray. I verathaned it for a smooth finish
I deliberately left the one corner open to sweep the tray bits back into the jug. It didn't come with a dump tube so I found a copper 1/4' NPT nipple that fit.
