Shall we just set a Date of say Jan 24th in Wickenburg?
Can I get a show of hands that find that acceptable?

Is the Wickenberg site open to the pubilc? All I see are member's stuff.

It says...
but unlike the Joe Foss range which lists public fee of $7Wickenburg Sportsmen's club is a members club with limited public access.
Shall we just say the Joe Foss range then?

I'm available when- and where-ever - but if it's in PHX, my son lives in Tempe and I would have digs. No relatives in Wickenberg...

One of the most endearing sights in the world is the vision of a naked good-looking woman leaving the bedroom to make breakfast. Bolivar Shagnasty (I believe that Lazarus Long also said it, but I can't find any record of it.)
Echo - the Joe Foss Range is about an hour's drive west of Tempe on the I-10, so you can bunk at your son's then drive on out - or if you want leave your rig at his place you can ride with me, I'll have to come down the 101 to the I-10 to head over so I could pick ya at his place.

Where ever it's at, wife & I are going to try real hard to make it.
Are these things just 1 day or multiple days (like a weekend)?
& if multiple days, are camping facilities available or just hotel/motel?
If someone needs help with a ride, our back seat is available to help,
& with the trunk & car-top rack, gear wont be a problem?????
One day / half a day - depending upon the hunger of the group !
Long as that is coming up - some choices

Depends on wife's schedule for me. Too early out with as crazy as she's getting pulled in all directions for work with her travel. Want to make one of these.
Count me in, health permitting. If any Phoenix area members are interested in a non-shooting, get-together bull session for lunch. Lets put it together!!
Several Phx area members gathered a few years ago trying to put together a scrap lead group buy. The group buy croaked after the scrap dealer turned flaky but I enjoyed meeting everybody.
Depending on when, I can come down to valley.
Merry Christmas to all AZ lead slingers
So no thoughts about eating together?

I'm open top it. I realize it is much easier for me to schedule being retired. If anybody can suggest a time and place I'll do my best to attend. Possibly for central Phx. I believe there are several members living in or near the valley. We may look for suggestions a gun friendly mom'n'pop restaurant if we are going to be doing any show and tell or open carry.
My invitation is still open if anybody wants to attend as a guest a meeting of the Az Arms Society held in the Sunnyslope area near 7th St and Dunlap. I don't believe the date has been set yet for January's meeting. Usually on 2nd or 3rd Saturday of the month at 1:00 PM. Meetings usually run about 60-90 minutes depending on the number of displays. Gun enthusiast guests are always welcome as are sword, ammo and militeria aficionados as well. The club is geared more toward the collector than the shooter but there are avid shooters and handloaders that are members. Every meeting is kind of like a mini gunshow but unfortunately many items for sale are very collectable and beyond my means. I do occasionally find ammo, books, reloading components and accessories sold for very reasonable prices.
I can actually make lunch on the 24th in Wickenberg. I have a prior commitment in the evening but the planets seemed to have aligned for me to attend this time.
