    Old Glenfield 25

I have this old 22LR from my dad, in non-firing condition..wondering what I could use the barrel for? Any ideas?

Glenfield 25 was made by Marlin. Parts should be readily available and fairly inexpensive should you choose to repair it.

Thanks but what I really need is a bolt handle..not available from numrich or any other place I can find on the web. I have found complete bolts for 75-105 but not willing to do that yet.

Thanks guys! Took a last minute road trip this weekend, so haven't been online. I'll keep these ideas in mind if I decide to fix it up.

You may want to check over at the Marlin forum at RimfireCentral.com. The Marlin forums are broke down into semi-auto and bolt action rimfires. There is a great deal of information over there and a large group of tinkerers who have used their marlin rimfires as canvas's for experimentation.

    Thanks,
    Isaac
