    Dipping in Liquid PC.
    Instead of swirling.
My ingredients 30 grams PC of your choice 70 ml acetone, 28 or 30 ml pvc pipe cleaner (optional 2ml 99% or higher isopropyl alcohol ..Do NOT use 90%). Shake often and don’t use for 8hrs (the longer the better to ensure PC is dissolved).
I usually make a gallon at a time using empty acetone can.

Dip once and (fan dry 20 min) dry then dip again (fan 20min) dry.
Bubbling will happed while baking if not completely gassed off. Than bake to cure.

To swirl I lower the PCing powder to 20 Grams the rest is the same.

For Dipping I use Above amount. I increased the amount of PCing from 20 to 30 grams.
I dont think the amounts are all that important unless you are going for exact match from batch to batch.

Does the purple dye affect the color of the PC?

Hope this will help with questions...
How many projectiles are you processing at a time with the 30 grams of powder? How much does this coat? How many coats do you bake?
