.22 Cal. Small Game Boolit??

If a new boolit is designed by NOE for use in .22 center fire cartridges for hunting tree squirrels, etc. should the boolit weigh 46-48 g and be offered in plain base and GC? It will need a wide flat point like the Ranch Dog bullet at least 0.160" wide. This weight can be used in the .22 Hornet as well as the .222 Rem, .223 , etc.??

You could do worse than a copy of the NEI #2 In COWW it comes out at 48gn with gas check. A very accurate design that shoots well in about any twist even as slow as 1/16"
It is accurate to the extreme in my 22 ccm with 2 gn AA#2 used with out the gas check. This is my 22 LR duplication load producing 1300 fps. I have used this boolit to harvest hundreds of small game as well as eliminating small pests. I have also used it to kill large animals such as Yak and large hogs. Also used it in my Ruger single six 22 ccm for a finisher on moose.
If I were to pic a most versatile from all my many 22 molds this is it.
