    Question Mech-Tech Carbine Conversion Unit(s) 10mm Auto.

    How would cast boolits fare in a Glock 20 CCU? Does anyone have any experience with these units with velocity/accuracy results?

    I have a CCU for my G20. Shoots XTP’s great and Lee 401-175-TC cast bullets (powder coated) equally as well.

    I’m getting 1592-1600 fps from the cast bullets. It’s the whole reason I started casting last year. These bullets do kill hogs. Longest shot was 125 yards with red dot scope, single shot, DRT.

    With a red dot, I haven’t shot for group at 100. At 50, it stacks them right in there, most touching.

    We have a Mech Tec in 45 ACP and it does about 250- 300 fps faster than the same round out of a 5" semi auto.
