    Herter's shell holders and things...

    Here is some items used in bullet swaging, Herter's shell holders that now have nose form punches.

    Some recent experimental 240 and 255 grain SWC bullets that got swaged from Lyman 429360 and 429244 moulds. Plus they got some gas checks tacked on as well.

    Note the Lee shell holder with its altered top to accept the Herter shell holder setting in its top...while in the press is the regular Lee shell holder that takes the industry shell holders.

    In the background is the top of the Lee cut-off shell holder, that is now mounted with a ring band underneath to fit in the bottom bar of the bullet ejector apparatus.
