I have looked at 4 different manufacturers MSDS and none state cured or uncured that I can see
So from that I can guess there must be very little if any difference

Theres a fine line between genius and crazy .. I'm that line
and depending on the day I might just step over that line !!!
The irritation factor is probably due to it's fine powder form.
Cured it would be like plastic, which should just pass on through
if you somehow consumed a little piece.
My guess is "inert when cured", a good property for a metal coating.
I would tend to agree

When you get copper, can you please post pictures of a DT method's results?
I'm in no hurry.
But want to ensure it looks how I want it before spending $ on a toaster oven etc...
PM sent about some green and pink blue powder.
Jim
I just ran a batch of pink, DT without BB's. I have BBs but haven't opened the container yet.
One coat looks pretty dang good, I'd say better coverage than I get with my HF red and mixes.
It's burning hot and humid down in S. Florida, and I was sweating like a moose, trying not to get any on the boolits.
I think I'll let them cool and give some a second coat just because.

I need some time to cast up more boolits. I've only got enough raw boolits left for a couple batches here. I've got enough coated for a nice loading spree though

I showed these to my wife she's asking if we can get this in Yellow? I know a guy that was looking for a pink gun for his wife I'm going to show him the pink bullets maybe he'll buy her a blued gun that will shoot pink bullets!
PC powder will not mix like paint .. you will getspeckles of the 2 different colors and not a consistent distribution of thecolor .. kind of neat as each bullet will be a little unique

I have been watching this develop for a while and I have to admit to being very interested in trying it. There is one question I don't think I have seen asked so here goes. After baking up a large number of bullets, is there any special way of storing them before reloading them? I normally get 500 cast bullets in a box for storage but was wondering if the coating may chip when a bunch are stored together. I would love to cast up a bunch then pc a bunch and store them away for reloading when it gets cold and I want to stay inside!
thanks
You should have zero storage problems, especially if you dry tumble. All lead would be covered so zero corrosion can occur
I do at least 1000 of each bullet for storage
