There are actually several large threads on here about PC'ing.

I still use GC's even though all my boolits are PC. PC does not eliminate gas cutting.

Plan on pulling up a chair, a few cold ones and reading a lot! Tons of info here.

    good luck!

I agree "we" need to put together a locked thread on a training session for PC'ing. But do I hear any volunteers??????????? (this has been discussed in the past) Newbees do have to read a lot, but I personally do not have the time to undertake such a task.

    Comments? Volunteers?

I think that's a great idea banger. Having just started powder coating ,that would've helped me a lot. To have all the info in one place without having to read through dozens of pages and hundreds of posts would be great as well as a time saver.

This is the closest thing to a "coating 101" class:

https://search.yahoo.com/search?ei=u...r%20coat&type= Basic powder coating sites. Same principles apply to coating bullets. For tumble coating do a search here...

I would think boolit size has more to do with that.
GCs are made to stop gas cutting but that doesn't mean you will get gas cutting without gas checks.

Another good way to search the site is to use an outside search engine (ixquick, dogpile, etc),
and add site:castboolits.gunloads.com after your search term. Example:

    loob grooves site:castboolits.gunloads.com
