My best friend, hunting and shooting partner for the last 54 years has been fighting cancer for the last couple years and may succumb to it tonight or for sure in the next day or so. He is a member here although he hasn't posted much. His name is Dick and he will be missed much on the range and in deer camp.

Just heard from his daughter a couple minutes ago that he passed peacefully at 10:50 EDT.
I made a trip to Cincinnati on Tuesday to visit him in the hospital and sure glad that I did. We were closer than I am to my own brother and to top it off he passed on my birthday. Not sure whether there is any significance in that or not. I'm really going to miss him.
