OK, I'm gonna apologize for post 21.
I was outside a few minutes ago, emptying the Ash bucket (wood stove ashes). The sun is shining, I was just wearing 'inside' clothes and a pull ever sweatshirt...and it felt pretty good. I know there was a Pistol Carry class at the club yesterday, so I know the range has been plowed, and thinking I'll get out to shoot today.
I look at the thermometer 14º below Zero. I check Bing weather for Glencoe, a High today of 1º below Zero.
BUT as I said, it felt pretty good outside,
So, I must be feeling robust !

I'm in. Bullshop Junior, I've done these before; so have you. They can be quite a bit of work. I do recommend a closing date of May 27- the day after Memorial Day. This'll give everyone a fair chance at good weather and it could possibly spread out the workload (but most of us will still wait 'til the last minute).

Alright. I guess I'll try to get out this week and shoot one or two myself. I haven't had time to do much shooting at all.
Well the NCBS headline brought me over to this area a couple of days ago and I find Daniel is hosting a postal match. I shot my targets today and they are in the envelope to go out tomorrow.
100 yard iron sight rifle and 25 yard offhand revolver for me. You're going shooting anyway guys, stuff the targets into an envelope and mail em to Bullshop Junior. (Remember, they all count, even the flyers).
Happiness is a couple of 38's and a bucket of ammo.
I have one target on the way. Hope some others send some in since it is no fun winning by default.
Well guys. It's getting ready to pour rain here but it's my day off so me and Amanda are getting ready to go shoot our targets.
I'm gonna be shooting 100 yard scoped and iron and 50 yard lever.
Amanda will probably only shoot 100 yard scoped rifle. She is going to be shooting my NEF handi rifle in 7.62x39 loaded with 150gn paper patch bullets.
For my 100 yard scoped I will either shoot that or my marlin 32 special (probably the marlin. I have an idea Amanda is gonna shoot all the 7.62x39...). 100 yard iron will be with the marlin, I will just take the scope off. 50 yard lever will be with my rossi 92 454. Amanda may shoot this one as well if she can take the recoil.
100 yard offhand not on the list? Benchresting is a bit easier but there aren't any benches in the woods on a stalk.
