Accurate 4350. Do you use it.

An LGS has 10 1lb bottles of Accurate 4350 for $32.99 a bottle. I have used lot's of IMR & H 4350 , but never Accurate 4350. Would like to hear from anyone using the Accurate. Did it perform properly for you? At $32.99 a lb, that is a decent buy after seeing the dramatic increases in powder prices.

Never used AA4350 but have shot 4-5 lbs of AA 4064. It is close to the IMR powders but differs in some cartridges. Use their data and do not substitute another brand. In the late 90's or early 00's, shooting times had an article describing the differences between AA, Scot, H and IMR, 4350 powders.

I've used a lot of AA 4350 in the 308W and the 30x60 XCB when pushing the NOE 310-165-FN "XCB" cast bullet to very high velocities of 2600 t0 3000+ fps. It proved to be an excellent powder for that use. I've also used it with jacketed bullets in some cartridges and it has proven excellent there also. It is my "go to" powder for use in three six bits M70 with 300 gr Hornady bullets and 350 gr Woodleigh's. It works as well in the 30-06 with jacketed bullets or 165 up through 220s. AA 4350 is smaller kernelled than H4350 or Imr 4350 and goes through powder throwers more uniformly.

I’ve used AA4350 in .243, .270, 6.5x55, 30/06, and .250 Sav. With satisfactorily results. It cannot be used grain for grain for IMR4350, or H4350; however, it will can duplicate the other brands’ performance within the same pressure criteria.

20 years ago, I've used up a jug of XMR-4350 in 257Rob with heavy J-words...was as good as IMR.
The jug looked just like this, Do you suppose it's same as AA4350? or did they change it, when they changed prefix?

I have a Remington 700 ADL in .30-06 that thrives on AA4350 and a 165 gr. Sierra BTSP. That's a little cheaper than I can get it here locally. I bought 2 lbs. recently, if I remember right it was $39.90/lb. At that same store IMR4350 was over $60/lb. I was in Academy sports the other day and saw H4350 for $70 some odd dollars.
