help me start a cartrige collection

I want to start a cartridge collection I was looking for some help getting this project underway only need two pieces of brass of any caliber new or old. what do you have? I would pay for shipping and wouldn't turn down much of anything right now to get it going. Please let me know if you can help. Also if a few folks who may have a collection now could post a pic or 2 of there setup that would be great too. Thanks in advance for any and all help my plan is to have one standing up and one laying down so the head stamp is visible if you only have 1 piece that's fine too

I have a lot of different ones that I need to get rid of, I guess you want empty ones would get expensive sending live ammo I think?

good i dea with the list ill get one posted up tonight i dont have much this is something i have been wanting to do for quite awhile and i am just no getting around to it i am going to start watching gun shows and all the sort of stuff for odd ball cases thanks for the idea with the list though

To get around the live ammo fees some members may have the boolits to go w/ the cases. Ship together then push the projectile ( maybe proojectile) into the case for a loaded look round.

Great idea! I have one rolling and add to it when I can remember. One time I was visiting friends and shot a rare Japanese caliber a buddy had. I left a loaded round in my coat pocket to add to my collection, well when I got to the air port I completely forgot about it and the security did not think to kindly of it. Especially when I mentioned there isn't a GUN within 100 miles that could shoot it.!. bam!!! right into the "secret room" I went. After signing my life away, loosing the cartridge,a fulllllll pat down and nearly missing my flight, I was on the no fly list for the next 5 years.... So yea, empty is key! I will go through my stash and help ya out.

Are you collecting all manufactures of each or just sticking with calibers? Keep the nickle ones in there too for color even if it's the same caliber.

I have quite a few oddball calibers that I've picked up over the years. Once you get your list sorted out let us know and I'll send some your way. In return just post a picture of the completed project!

Definetly want wildcats too I figure they will be the hardest to come up with though

My plan is too have 3 cases 1 for pistol 1 for rifle and 1 for wildcats and maybe a 4th for shorgun shells
