I've used it for sizing boolits in the Lee sizers. It is not too messy to handle and wipes off easily.
The boolits are tumble lubed with LLA afterwards.

I've been lightly tumble coating 223 and 308 match j-bullets lightly with it. Superior results in reducing copper fouling and much improved, easier barrel cleanup. BvT
Every lawbreaker we allow into our nation, or tolerate in our citizen population leads to the further escalation of law breaking of all kinds and acceptance of evil.
Since almost all aspects of our cultural existence are LIBERAL in most states, this means that the nation is on a trajectory to dissolution by the burden of toleration and acceptance of LAWBREAKING as a norm, a trajectory back to the dark ages of history.

I never knew "exactly" what it was, but yes, I have used Lee Case Lube and, while being warned by others, I was pleasantly surprised with the results. I don't think it's as good as the patch lube I got from Corbin, which appears to be a simple mixture of petroleum and bees wax, but it certainly will work "in a pinch".....

I have also used Lee Tumble Lube on Muzzleloading Minies and contrary to the local experts and the many horror stories I have read, it too worked like a charm.
In fact, I have an 1861 Colt Musket in .58 cal.that seems to prefer LTL with the heavier Minies.

It also works great as a tapping lubricant.
