Considering buying a heavy barreled .308. Twist is 1in12. Will this stabilize 180gr to 200gr cast boolits? Many .308 rifles are 1in10. Need some advice as I don't want to make a mistake. I am sure somebody out there has some experience here.

Yes, it will do fine. There are many different throats for the .308 chambering, some won't tolerate certain heavy boolit styles without having to seat the gas check below the base of the neck, but there are more options for mould designs than you can shake a stick at, so don't worry about it.
Gear
As gear mentions the 12" twist will stabilize 200 gr cast bullets (jacketed ones too) just fine. Actually my 14" twist Palma barrel stabilizes the 311299 at 200 gr just fine above 1800 fps. It's at it's best around 2400 fps.
