    Ranch Dog 375's

This season one of my neighbors had some kill permits , and I was able to have a couple of them .

Last week I was hunting with a Marlin 375 . It was loaded with the Ranch Dog 375 , 210 grain FP GC bullet and 21 grains of XMP5744 .

Had a medium sized 7 point buck come by at about 35 yards . When I shot he was angling away from me and I angled in on his right side at the last rib and exited thru the left shoulder . The deer ran about 40 yards and went down . I waited about 10 minutes and went to find it , when I got there it was still alive but couldn't move , so I put one thru the neck and finished it off .

After taking this deer I recieved a copy of Ranch Dog's newer version 375 bullet . Today I was able to cast about 250 of them . And hopefully tommorrow I will have time to size/lube a hundred or so . And then load some with the long shot of hitting the range tommorrow . If not maybe I can hit the range monday or tuesday !

You are going to like the new bullet!

6-Pt does some testing for me along with a couple of other fellows. This bullet is being evaluated in the Marlin 375 and the Winchester BBs. It's a little bit of a different mold for me, having multiple crimp grooves. That said, it is also being evaluated in various 38-55 Wins including a Ballard.

What diameter is that bullet?I have a 38/55 with a .375 bore that needs a new bullet. Is this mold available yet?I would buy some bullets to try if you would sell some.I also have a 375 Marlin to try them in.

I would be interested in buying a few to try as well if possible.

Greetings fellows, the molds are not available yet. Still working on it. Here is a page to look at the design though... Ranch Dog's TLC379-235-RF
