    12 gage wads?

I was given a sack of 12 g wads I think there are 8 bags of 50, says on the package "All Natural Lube". Can I use these as a wad over my 58 cal Zouave without much trouble? I realy have no use for them as I do not load for a SG or have a muzzel loader SG.
I realize I will have to trim them.

Freightman- Are they the felt wad or the fiber wads. I dont see how you would get the fiber wads to load without crushing them. The blackpowder wads are "oversized" compared to modern cartriage wads. As far as the felt wads are concerned you could use them if you trim them but they are pretty expensive.
