Donating your time for shooting enthusiast and youths, How many of you do this? I am going to try and get involved I think I could learn more than I give, its a gratifying feeling to help people with something you like to do.

I am an Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife Certified Hunters Ed instructor.
All instructors are volunteer. Hunters Ed is required for all hunters under 18 in Oregon.
I love working with the kids....dale

I have run the line for the last 29 years for the NRA Conventional Pistol matches held a my club.
This includes calling the line, setting up the range and tearing it down.
That means giving up Vacation days from work. And it means only having shot 5 or 6 matches
    at my home club.

    Good health and good shooting.

Five boys and any of their buddies who are interested. Love doing it. Take them shooting and some hunt. Teach them gun and treestand safety. We have climbed a few in my back yard! Helped them with their first gun (and truck) purchases.

I'm a Rifle Shooting Merit Badge counselor for my local scout troop. Also Shotgun Shooting Merit Badge, Archery Merit Badge, and several others. I love teaching others to shoot, as much or more than I like shooting.

Just what I thought it is most likely a labor of love, I'm in my mid 50's but when I was a kid I would take hunters safety every time It become available. We didn't have video games. In the summer I always came back home to the farm.
