    Spartan guns

Anyone seen any of the Remington/EAA over/under combos? 12 ga/223 sounds like a farm gun to me.

I'd like to see one of those critters my own self. They resemble Baikal (Russian-made) firearms, which have been around for a while and have a reputation for robust construction, like most things Russian. Their fighter aircraft can land in cornfields, their AK-47 is so overbuilt they make Rugers look weak, yadda yadda.

Rifle/shotgun combos make a lot of sense in areas like mine with overlapping bird and deer seasons. Can you say DRILLING?
I don't paint bullets. I like Black Rifle Coffee. Sacred cows are always fair game. California is to the United States what Syria is to Russia and North Korea is to China/South Korea/Japan--a Hermit Kingdom detached from the real world and led by delusional maniacs, an economic and social basket case sustained by "foreign" aid so as to not lose military bases.

Never saw the Remington, but I have a savage 222/20ga and i love it. What a meat gun. Where I grew up they use rifles to shoot deer. I would take that gun and be the driver for the deer hunters and I would hunt ruffed grouse. Where I live now they hunt deer with shotguns and centerfire rifles are not allowed in the field during deer season. SO I borrowed my dads savage 22 lr / 410. Smaller, lighter and a blast for squirrels.
