    Bob Krack

I put this here to remember one of our great members. A really great guy, IMHO. Talked to him for hours at a time. Always helpful, always asking questions, like I knew something. Was always concerned with my feelings and went out of his way to ensure that he wasn't offending me. He didn't have the finest life, but never complained about what he had. He had great dreams of starting over on some land down in Missouri. Never got to enjoy that. He was a good un and we all lost something in his passing.

Rest in Peace Bob, you will be missed.

    Today is Bob's birthday.
The solid soft lead bullet is undoubtably the best and most satisfactory expanding bullet that has ever been designed. It invariably mushrooms perfectly, and never breaks up. With the metal base that is essential for velocities of 2000 f.s. and upwards to protect the naked base, these metal-based soft lead bullets are splendid.

Forget everything you know about loading jacketed bullets. This is a whole new ball game!

You know, I did not realize or know that when I was moved to create this thread. Just shows that there is a higher power that motivates us. It makes me "feel good" that I did this on this day, but apparently, it wasn't me, but a higher power. Thanks be to God, the Almighty.

It's tough losing a cherished one. I'm thankful that Bob was known by the good folks here.

I have several of Bob's rifles. I will miss him as well. Always ready to help and give friendly conversation.
I hate that I haven't talked to him in about a month. Now I may never again.
I came into this world kicking, screaming, and covered in someone elses blood. I plan to go out the same way.

Bob was one of two people who asked me to be his friend on this forum and I appreciated that. Sorry that he had to leave. I will miss his friendship. Rest in peace Bob. See you on the other side. LLS
