I had a dream about primers last night

I was at the grocery store and there was a messy shelf full of primers.
a ton of them had fallen out of their package and were just sitting on the shelf and adjacent floor. the store manager saw me looking at them and told me if I was willing to pick them all up I could just have them.

I woke up with a smile on my face

Nice dream. I dreamed something about primers the other night myself but I don't remember much about it.

Nice dream. Make me wonder what casting boolits instead of counting sheep will make us dream about?

I was given a large box of old primers that looked much like what you described from your dream. Most were still in the primer boxes with wooden trays but many were loose. The man that bought them originaly shot both .357MAG, .38SPL, .45ACP, 30.06 and some type of small rifle. I know all this because I got all the brass as well, except for the small rifle. There were lots of loose primers, both large and small. Some day when I am desperate for primers I may try to sort and use the loose primers and then again I may just soak them in oil and pitch 'em. It is difficult for me to throw something away that I may someday have a use fore.

    WOW!

It has been a LONG time since I saw a wooden tray. I had completely forgotten about that.

Gungeartogo had ~ 20 bricks of CCI SPP yesterday and some powder. Price is high but I got a brick anyway + a # of WST as I can't find 231. Daughter got 2 XDs 9mm & saved $100 so I came out close to even. Now I have to figure out a good mould for the 9s, I'll need to cast for 3 of them. Can't even find a .356 Lee sizer anywhere.
    Whatever!

That is probably a good thing.

    You need a .357 anyway.

    I have 6 - 9mms from 4 makers.
    None of them like .356
    All of them like .357

XDs appears to have a tight chamber, I can hone out a 0.355 to whatever I want, can't add anything back. I guess I could contact lathesmith and see what he wants for one. BTW, GG2G is in Plano,Tx.
    Whatever!
