O.K. fellas don't laugh too hard. Not out loud anyway, I bought one of these .45acp bdcm molds, about 225 grains. But have no load data for it, or oal for it either, this is for a Ruger P-97, any help would be appreciated.
Thanks John

John; congratulations on having that mould. I'm a little prejudiced in its favor since I honchoed that one, but I think that is one fine boolit for the 45 ACP. My load is 6.0 gr. Unique, and I let the magazine decide the OAL - they are seated just deep enough to fit the magazine. That bullet and load will do everything I need a handgun to do. Tony
I mostly use 5 grains of pr200/aa2
Ditto 6.0 Unique. Mines the original 45BD.
5.1 of WW 231 also works well with that weight range of .45 ACP bullets and is easy on the gun, easy on the shooter and does a good job downrange.
Thanks everybody for the quick responses, this is really helping alot.
John
