PP and black powder

I know some folks load the paper patched bullets and black powder.one warning about this,do not use a cell phone while loading ammo.Although I think using a cell phone around an open container of any type of gunpowder is dangerous.Several years back my nephew was loading a muzzle loading rifle and had a small container of black powder in front of him when he answered a cell phone.The powder flashed up in his face and it was over a week before we knew his eyes would okay.Bob B

Bob, I have to believe this was caused by something else. Somewhere, floating around on the net, is an experiment that was done with BP and electricity. They were running full currents of sparks into the piles of powder, with no ignition.

And, having an open container of BP on the bench, is forbidden at any time.
