On the second, I made note of this:

Friday and I got off work early. Home by 5:00pm and no package. Wait by the door, still no FEDEX truck. 6:30pm have to go to Son-In-Law's to baby sit.

9:45pm, leave SIL house and drive home with wife. Noted while pulling into garage. Hooray!! FedEx box on porch. Wow, that Nitride looks good. Hey BT, you left a swaged and seated core in the die. Just kidding, I know but man they're beautiful.

Simple to set up and work perfectly the first time. Start out with derimmed case at 0.217 and put a 46.5grn swaged core in and pull the handle. Voila, one seated core at 0.222. It seats at that every time I pull the handle. In as much time as it took to type this, I had a stack of 30 seated cores awaiting the point forming die. Absolutely everything I had been expecting. Wow, it just doesn't get any better than this.

Shipped four 22 cal point form dies today. I should have 2-3 more to ship this week as all I have to do is machine the base punch.

Should be pretty close to my abilities. I will do my best. Some shipments may be partial awaiting on point form dies of certain calibers but it is looking good and I hope to stick to schedule or better.

I'm working on a lot of derim dies right now as well as many other items. I have 20+ core molds ready to send out and expect 20 more by end of next month. I expect first shipments of 22 cal orders will consist of at least derim die, core mold, core swage die and auto ejection system. Basically everything but the core seat and point form. Might actually get some core seat dies in that first shipment too. I have nearly all those dies ready. Things are moving along very well. Spent the last couple days making at least 100 base punches for various dies. I will do my best and still think I can stay on estimated schedule as posted, even though it may look like I'm a few days behind I'm going to catch up real quick.

9 shipments went out today. Should arrive Monday. Mostly first shipments of 22 cal orders. It was what I had ready at the time. Most everything was waiting on base punches which I completed a lot of this week. Now I need to machine more derim dies and send them off to be Nitrided ASAP.

I'm making good progress and will be working on those orders with past estimated shipping dates very soon.

Came home to a box of BT Sniper goodness! Got my reading glasses on and threw a bunch of .22 brass I collected at the range on Sunday into the tumbler! The fun is about to begin!

What is the status on 223 point forming dies? My zip 28712

Just a matter of getting orders shipped ahead of you. Got some 30's some 500s and a couple 338s to get to first. Got all the dies here just a matter of polishing them up and passing final QC. Going as fast as I can yet I made the list so everyone could see where they fall in order. Got to get to ones that are on top of list first.

Gentlemen,

I have come across an error in the page order of my 22. I should have caught this earlier, my mistake, some of you may have already noticed. That's what I get for not checking the copy and print shop's work.

The correct page 3 of the 22 cal instruction manual that lists the 7 steps involved in making 22 cal bullets from 22lr brass is out of order in the manuals I have provided customers this year. Please check and make sure to take note of this. Hopefully it did not cause too much confusion. At the moment what should be page 3 is at located 4 pages from the back in-between the instruction for the Auto Eject system and the use of the 11 cavity core mold. This page needs to be positioned just before the "Further Explanation" page of your manual. Yes I will look into putting page numbers on the bottom of the pages to reduce the possibility of future potential issues

I'll make this change to all future manuals as well as check for other possible corrections that may be needed and keep you all updated.

Got 13 core molds and core swage 22 cal dies boxed up getting ready to ship. That will take me up to #2013-57 on my work order list. These are the items I have ready now and do me no good here in the shop so might as well ship them out so you all can start the process. Derim dies are being machined and will go out in next nitride treatment.

I will be working on many orders in many different calibers in the following days. I got 30 cal core seat dies and auto ejection systems to ship, got the necessary expanding mandrels necessary to complete nearly all the 500, 45, and CH 40 cals on order. After those I'll have several 22 cal core seat dies and point form dies to ship as well.

Slowly catching up.
