Lee 356-102-1R bullet mold, Who uses one?

I need some help before i make a purchase on one of these molds. I was going to use it for my 9mm and 380acp. I just wanted to know how tall the bullet's are after molded. I have been looking at my 380 acp and 9mm's and there is a .185 difference. If anyone has one and would measure it for me i would greatly appreciate it!

I have this boolit. I shoot this boolit in .380, 9mm, and 38 spc. I can get you some dimensions tomorrow if nobody else comes along. This boolit is one of my favorite plinkers in all 3 cartridges. If you get lucky, yours will drop .358-.359...I've heard a few complaints on the forum about this particular mold dropping on the small side.

Length (height) - .480"

Dia. - .3576" (or so) from my mold, (current alloy) sized (using Brown & Sharpe thimble mike) to .357", makes for minimal sizing, shoot mainly in 380 ACP, 9mm rarely.

I have one and used it once for .380. I haven't loaded for the .380 in quite some time as my wife has zero love for the Ruger LCP that I bought her. I was planning on trying it in my 9mm but haven't gotten around to it and since I have one of Mihec's molds (also for .380/9mm) I don't know if I will put it back into action. It did throw larger at around .3575-.358ish.

My 356-102-1R's drop @ 103.5 gr, .359 dia. and are .470 long. I size to .358 with WL 2500+ lube and they work great in a .380 LCP or 9MM. I load to the specs in the Lyman 4th Ed.

I have one of these molds. It puts out nice boolites and they load and shoot good. So I would not hesitate to suggest one to you,

I use it in a Star .380 & a Browning hi power 9mm they cycle fine. I have yet to try it in a Marlin camp 9.

Thanks everyone, Got one on back-order..

I just used mine for the first time yesterday. After about 25 pours, one of the pins came loose and backed out. This caused split casts of the bullet. I did not catch it for some time and had to recast about 200 bullets. After pressing the pin back in and staking the pin in place, I was able to complete about 300 total bullets. They drop at approx. 103.5 grs. and average .357 - .358. Have not reloaded any at this time, but will do so soon.

I use one for my wife's 380 Colt Mustang. They shoot extremely well, after sizing to 356 and powder coating.

I use it for our taurus tcp 380. I tried it in 9mm with imr-700x, but about midway between min and max charge it started shooting about 10-20ft high at 100 yards. It was like a light switch, 0.1 grain below that magic amount, and it would shoot fine, at or above, suddenly shooting WAY high. Id use it for the 380 and get another mold for the 9
