I had this one out today in my Win94AE with a 20 inch barrel. I had two loads. #1 was 16.0gr Lil'gun and #2 was 17.0gr H110. I am making an educated guess that they are running about 1100fps. They were both crimped in the crimp groove. Lead was half and half ww and range lead water dropped. The Lil'gun shot all over the place. I didn't measure because it wasn't worth measuring. I guess about 10 inch 10 shot group. I shot two groups with the H110. One 10 shot that ran about 5 inches. The other was a 5 shot that ran about 4 inches. If I allowed myself to throw one away it would be down to no more than 3 inches. I was shooting off bags at 100yds. I have a williams peep sight in the rear and factory front. I am very happy with the load using H110 because that is about as good as this rifle has ever shot. I've used Ranier 240gr, Hornady 300gr and 240gr, and Nosler 240gr bullets. I even had a scope on it for a while. So I would say a very good day at the range.

I forgot to tell you they were sized to .431 and lubed with White Label Lube.

Now if I could just get in that 434-210rf GB in.....

I have found H110, WW296 and surplus WC820 powders to be excellent with a variety of cast bullets in 357 and 44 mags. Many years ago I used only 2400 for these calibers. I wish I had changed sooner.
