    Good video 62chevy! I was a little hesitant to slug my barrel, and that was a confident booster. New to the casting game and this will definitely help out. I will watch the other videos in this thread when I get a chance. I'm sure they're great

    Flux also helps to meld tin and antimony back into the melt that may have stayed adhered to the jackets. This also helps the jackets to pull more of the trash out of the mix when you pull the jackets, so in effect, it does a double job.

    What is the difference between meld and melt??? Sorry for my ignorance.
