Some LEE 405 PP shot from a Magnum Research BFR 45-70 at 1350 FPS. Shot into a soft log they were water dropped WW. Didn't deform much. A air cooled mushrooms quite a bit more. I have a 10X10 piece I beam that takes about three shots with the 44 mag. with a Lee 310 at 1200 FPS. to knock it off the stump. The BFR wipes it right off in one shot @100 yards.
