Not sure what you are asking about.............

The air cylinder came with two end plates on it, and uses long stud bolts to hold those onto the cylinder.

The solonoid has two "mufflers" installed on it, which quiets the exhausted air pressure.
Those were covered in another thread. They make them in sintered bronze and plastic. Either one works well enough, the plastic version is much cheaper.

Maybe this has been covered elsewhere, so stop me if you've heard this one.

Why are you putting the cases on by hand? A trough placed in front of the ram that would hold the case in the right orientation. A feed tube leading to the trough at ~ 45° so that cases would slide down the tube onto the trough. Space between the trough and the die so that the case will fall if the ram is pushing the base.

Case lays in trough, ram enters opening and carries case to die. Wouldn't that work?

The feed tube will need refinement. Might work better curved, near horizontal at the trough, with a positive stop at the end, like the tube was half blocked off.

BT, you don't even need a trough. Just set your feed tube to drop the case on the end of the ram. Clearances should be set so that the advanced ram prevent cases from falling out of the feed tube.

A case collator, something like Lee's for the Loadmaster could be used to feed cases into the feed tube and get almost all of them in the proper orientation.

    Duke,
It was the silencers that I was wondering about. I've got the parts on order now.
    Thanks,
    Brian
