NOE 500 S&W round nose and hollowpoint

I am on a 50 kick, and found this boolit that ran a couple of years ago. Wow! I haven't seen anyone talk about this one, and this is the only example I have seen of it. It would be nice to have a 50 cal boolit for the semi auto guys, and the 500 S&W guys. All that has run lately wont work in a Beowulf due to length, or the lack of a gas check. Out of all of the group buys I have seen for a .502 I like this one the most. The weight is heavy, but the round nose is nice.
If this one gets off the ground again I would be up for an RG, and a regular round nose.

RG4 round nose W/ gas check would work for me, or HP but keeping the weight at 450 gr.

i wouldn't necessarily need the crimp groove or the gas check base. The hollow point would nice for powder coating.

I would like to see some of the results people had with this one. It is not mentioned much, but from what I have read it is a clone of an old Lyman mold that was a plain base. It was the 500294. It might work well as is, or a little better if the nose is reduced in favor of more bearing surface.
