    GONRA's pretty sure landcojames is onto it.
    Make the same handloads with a known successful
    ( non oily commercial ) lube to to see wot happens....

    With the heat going on it could well be a storage problem for the powder, before you got it. keeping powder in an air tight container is one thing, but a controlled temp storage is another biggie.
