Shooter 93's going to be the one to beat this month, nice composition. I guess I'll have to come up with something other than the old Shiloh this time........

Yup, pretty close to that. Actually 7000 grains to a pound. 900 grain bullet. Comes to 7.7777 boolits per pound.

Sorry, I must have deleted stills of the rifle.

It's built on an Enfield, the metal work done by Wayne Jacobson at American Hunting Rifles. After 2-3 years, I wised up and sold it to a hearty soul in Texas.

Here's an example of full power loads. Most of what I shot were that 900 grain PP at 1500-1800 fps - about like a slug gun.

You can honestly tickle 10,000ft/lbs of ME. As crazy as it sounds, it's almost as powerful as a 50BMG. My rifle weight just under 12lbs with the brake and really should have been about three pounds heavier. It was fun and interesting to try but it didn't take me long to realize that it just wasn't healthy to shoot it that much.

Amazing power though, it would literally THROW a hit bowling pin 20-30 feet, even with a lighter load.

It's the brainchild of "Robgunbuilder" over on Accurate Reloading, his idea of the maximum cartridge a CZ550 could handle.
