I have an actual Lyman 429640 solid point mold .
I've not tried it in a 44 MAG .
But in one of my 444's I push it with 50 grains of H322 and lite it with a CCI200 primer . Matter of fact used that load for my final deer last season !
Parker's , 6.5mm's and my family in the Philippines
thanks 6pt-sika

I was shooting the new MP300 in the 44 mag in my Marlin 1894 - Alliant lists a load of 21 grains for the Speer Gold Dot 275 grain.
Check them out on line - they also list a load for 2400. I personally believe that you are reasonably safe substituting a lead bullet for a jacketed in loading data but you should follow the "reduce and work up" idea anyway.
