Tjeep - money-wise, you will not come up short at all.

Generally speaking, Rock Chuckers, used bring $70-$90. All Americans bring $100-$120. Of course timing and condition is everything. And right now with the Ammo/reloading frenzy things are out of whack.

The other thing is, the Rock Chucker is a stronger press. However, the All American can be more Universal being a Turret.

Just depends what your needs are.

And - if you get extra accessories like shell holders, bushings, primer feed and tubes; then you will make out fantastic!

Just got off the phone with contact, the all American takes j type shell holders. From the reviews I have read thats the older version and the adapter to universal shell holders not that good.

J-type shell holders can be easily had on ebay for 12-$15. And no big deal for the universal. That's why I said it would be great if you got shell holders in with the deal.

    Very nice score John.

Looks brand new. Not even any dirt. Sweet!

I ask for careful packing as well. My last two presses this month had blown out seams and holes in the boxes. Both presses lost linkage pins and were lost in transit.

The press before that arrived with a busted frame. That makes three damaged presses.

Every seller blamed the post office. It was obvious inept packing.

These meatheads think just because it is heavy steel that it doesn't need any cushioning and antishift measures.

Let me take that back, one guy put a 25 lb H- frame in a huge box with only packing PEANUTS!! Like that is going to stabilize that kind of mass!

Hi Tjeep.RE:Refinishing.One of two ways.Powder coat after media blasting.Or paint after priming with zinc chromate primer.Look for it in aerosol cans.DO NOT SAND THIS PRIMER.Let dry and paint.Might have to look in an automotive paint supply store.
    Good luck.Have fun.Be safe.

That's an awesome score! Brand new, not even dirty and with all the paperwork, sales brochures and owners manual's. Doesn't get much better than that! Congratulations, and thanks for posting.

Thanks Gwpercle for the info via PM! I picked up this press couple days ago, $35 including 2 primer arms, spare primer punch, and the little wire clip that holds the shellholder in.
