    HMG/Cannon reloading

    With at least 4 types of 20mm rifles, tons of WW2 14.5mm rifles, how could one reload?

    Would a person have to weld up their own sort of hand press? Can the cartridges be loaded simply without dies and a press at all, like in Quigley? Maybe just trim them once in a while?

    Thanks;

    ..............The Old Western Scrounger sold a press for reloading the various 14.5, 20 and 22 mm stuff. If I'm not mistaken the dies were 3" OD.

    Ahh, thanks then.

    crossfireoops, I don't have one, yet, at $20 a cartridge I couldn't afford a .50.

    I believe you need a foundry for the big one, Crossfire. I have a 4" cast iron ball found near old Ft. Elliot that may fit that one. Fellow I know has an 8". Dale
