Gas checked with gator ckecks and lubed with C-red, then sparked off with fed #210's and propeled with 28 gr. of Wc735 powder . Oh and by the way the mould was an NOE 311165 . And after firing all 2 (two) bullets today , No leading! The picture of the doe doesn't want to load but you get the idea. The Buck piled up at the shot , He was on the dead run @ 90 yds . The doe took a direct broadside hit thru the shoulders @ 125 yds and only went 25 yds !
Very well done , enjoy the venison!

Nice shooting!! And I don't even see a peep sight on that Winny. I couldn't believe how much better I could shoot with the peep (old 50+ year old eyes).

It is the only surplus powder that we can get up here and is stated as being 5% faster burn that H335 ! I shoot it in 7mm tcu , 7mm rimmed international , 30/30 , 7/08 , going to try it in .30 herrett and a few others that I cannot think of . Not a great price compared to what you folks pay down south of the gun friendly line , But $117.00 for 7 lbs is about as good as it gets up here!!!

Every once in a long while they do,

Gatchelville, South East Pa., Fall 2011 - According to a friend that sent me the photo the sad part about this, it was a road kill, just a few minutes from our homes. I've only seen one other that big around here and it was a monster non-typical, 27-30 points, so many I can't even remember. It was killed by a young man about 15 yrs ago( off his porch deck) who lived on the edge of a Christmas Tree farm about 10 miles from where I live. I have a picture of it around here someplace but couldn't find it.

blaser.306 very nice. As has been said nice deer, nice shootin'. Yes it does look cold there. I don't like cold weather but its better hunting when it is. Our weather here has been so warm during deer season that you had to get the animal to the meat shop fairly quickly to avoid spoilage. I like to cut up my own but it takes me too long so this year I paid the bucks to get the processing done to avoid any problems. Once again very nice job all the way around.
